What We Create/ Interviews & Testimonials

Real people, saying it better than any script could.

Sony Music × Troy Cassar-Daley

Nothing sells like someone with no reason to lie. A customer explaining what changed for them, a founder answering the hard question straight, an artist talking about the work — testimonial and interview films convert because they are the one format where the audience's guard comes down. But only if the craft is invisible: bad light, boomy audio or a stilted delivery and the credibility that was the whole point evaporates.

Our benchmark for the format is the Sony Music × Troy Cassar-Daley piece — a sit-down that had to feel intimate and land broadcast-clean. The method is the same for a national artist or your best customer: light the room so it flatters without looking staged, mic properly, and direct with questions rather than scripts, so the answer arrives in the speaker's own words. Then the edit finds the forty seconds of gold in the forty-minute conversation — that part is ours, and it is where these films are actually made.

Proof on the reel

What the format covers

The work, up front

01

Customer testimonial films

Your best clients on camera, directed to specifics — what was broken, what changed, what they'd tell someone deciding — cut into the proof pieces your pipeline is missing.

02

Founder & expert interviews

Authority on film: the interview that makes the person behind the business credible in ninety seconds, reusable across the site, the pitch and the feed.

03

Artist & profile pieces

The long-form conversation treated with documentary care — the Sony Music × Troy Cassar-Daley model — for when the person is the story.

04

The clip stack

Every interview is mined for vertical cuts — single-question clips, one-liners, hook moments — so one conversation feeds the feed for weeks.

FAQ

Interviews & Testimonials — questions

Our customers aren't performers. Will they come across okay?

That's the job. We interview with conversation, not cue cards — real questions, relaxed pacing, and room to answer badly before answering well. The edit uses the good takes; nobody ever sees the rest.

Scripted lines or real answers?

Real answers, every time. A read testimonial is worse than none — audiences smell it instantly. We get authenticity by asking better questions, not by writing better lines.

How many testimonials can we film in a day?

Three to five comfortably in a standard day if the interviewees come to one location — shared lighting setup, staggered arrival times. It's by far the cheapest way to build a testimonial library.

What does the release / permission side look like?

We supply a standard on-camera release for every interviewee before we roll, and flag anything that needs extra care — minors, workplaces, sensitive topics — during planning. We hold a Working With Children Check and $20m public liability.
