Body Catalyst · Rachael Finch
Social video is a volume game with a quality floor. One good film does nothing for an account that needs to post four times a week — but a batch of cheap-looking clips quietly costs you the credibility everything else was built to earn. The answer is a campaign: a planned batch of pieces, shot in one efficient day, that gives the feed a month of content holding the same standard as the rest of the brand.
That is the model we run for Body Catalyst and the Rachael Finch wellness work — recurring shoot days that turn into stacks of vertical cuts, product moments and talent-led pieces, each one framed for the platform it will actually run on. Shot in 6K so every crop survives, planned around a content calendar rather than a one-off brief, and priced off the same published day and edit rates as everything else we make.
What the format covers
A half or full shoot day planned against your content calendar, delivering 4–8 finished cuts — hooks first, native ratios, captions ready.
Pieces built around a face the audience knows — directed so the delivery feels off-the-cuff, shot so it looks nothing like a phone propped on a shelf.
The product moment cut for the scroll — 15 to 30 seconds, benefit up front, shot alongside the campaign batch so it costs a line item, not a production.
For brands that post every week, a standing shoot day each month keeps the pipeline full — the batch model, on a schedule, at retainer rates.

FAQ
A half day is planned for 3–4 finished pieces, a standard day 5–6, a full day up to 8. The number is set by the shot plan before we roll, so you know what the day buys.
Only if it's cut like a TV ad. We shoot for the platform — vertical framing, hooks in the first second, captions on — so it reads native while looking deliberately better than what surrounds it.
That's the preferred way. Give us the month's themes and the batch is planned against them, so every cut has a slot before it's ever shot.
That's a retainer conversation — a standing monthly shoot day with the batch planned in advance. It's the cheapest per-video way we sell, and how most of our social clients run.
